A Huge Move Up: Lemon & Lola Boutique & The Wild Bee
When the Retail Incubator Shipping Containers began in 2020, the hope was to grow retail in downtown Sparta by allowing new business entrepreneurs a chance to start up for a season in an affordable footprint. Fast forward less than one year, and Sparta TODAY was ecstatic to host our first ever ribbon TYING event, showcasing the ingenuity of entrepreneurs in our community. Two shipping container retail incubators grew their businesses and decided to team up in a space in the adjacent bricks & mortar building vacancy, launching a new duo of businesses in one space, a showcase of the entrepreneurial spirit private business owners can have- creating a solution outside the box! The two retailers share the space and overhead expenses as they launch into their first bricks and mortar retail space in 201 Marketplace, located adjacent to Sparta Town Square featuring women's boutique clothing, accessories, jewelry, home decor and artisan foods! Congrats on relaunching together Lemon & Lola Boutique and The Wild Bee, this is a day Sparta TODAY will remember as two businesses tying a ribbon with a bright future ahead!
