There's nothing unlucky about this Friday the 13th! Get your girls together and treat yourself with a shopping spree in downtown Sparta. These local events are a must for any Valentines celebration! Visit our Valentine's Weekend Facebook Event to see all the happenings!

• Friendship Friday - Pamper yourself at the 201 Marketplace! Shop from special deals Creekside Kids and SpARTa Works Gallery. Check out local vendors at Creekside Clover. Get permanent jewelry at Studio 345 (with 14% off heart charms!). Warm up with a drink from Koffee Haus!

• Sparta Bucks Giveaway - Don't forget to visit the Sparta Chamber of Commerce to pick up an envelope of Sparta Bucks (free money for shopping!) and a sweet treat!

• Galentine's Party - Blondie Blossom is hosting a special celebration for the ladies! Enjoy specials, giveaways, and more from 5-8pm.

Local Activities

• Sparta Hot Spot is hosting free card decorating on February 13-14! While supplies last, make valentines for your besties, shop valentine-themed booths, and get BOGO 1/2 off for drinks!

• Every room at Abandoned Acres will have two hidden souvenir teddy bears (while supplies last!) Get a group together for a thrilling escape, and see if you can find the hidden bears!

• Is your friend group outdoorsy? Bring them snowshoeing (or on a trail walk depending on snowfall) at the Howard Christensen Nature Center! Bundle up for a candlelit walk to a bonfire where you'll get to enjoy hot beverages and s'mores.

• A little after Valentines Day, get that ear piercing you've been thinking of! Creekside Kids is hosting All Ears for a Pop Up Ear Piercing Shop. All Ears specializes in ear piercing done by medical professional using sterile needles and quality earrings.
