It’s an opportunity to market those ideas in downtown Sparta, where successful tenants have the opportunity to grow capital or into a brick-and-mortar location.
Mama's Muffins N' More is the newest addition to Sparta's retail incubator space. Angela Nystrom-Cruz, owner of Mama's Muffins N' More, graduated with honors from the Pastry Arts program at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. She offers a variety of muffins, sweet breads, cookies, and more at her retail spaces in Sparta Town Square and Comstock Park.
