Girl Scout Gracie N. is working on her Gold Award. The Gold Award is the highest award in Girl Scouts and is equivalent to Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. Gracie is spreading awareness of the needs of the women in the military. Through research, she has come to find out that our women in the military are not receiving the support they need when it comes to feminine hygiene needs. They are not always able to find and obtain the items that work best for them. These women need our help and support!

The website gives more information about this need and how you can help. She also will be making and sending 100 boxes to women in the military. If you would like to donate and support this cause, feel free to contact Gracie via email.
Needed items are: travel baby powder, facial wipes, variety of pad sizes, variety of tampon sizes, individually wrapped toilet paper and “doggy bags”. Also needed are funds to ship these boxes.
