Sweets 4 Days Bakery & Creations, which began as a bakery under cottage law has grown in less than two years from an in-home bakery to a permanent brick and mortar location in Sparta. Alesha Bout-Murphy, who co-owns Sweets 4 Days Bakery & Creations with Passion Ganaway said “It has happened so fast, and we are so excited for our new location to open on May 21!”
Sweets 4 Days will continue their custom cakes and cupcake orders for every special moment to celebrate, in addition to expanding the café style bakery in the new location with extended hours, an extended hot coffee bar with six signature coffee drinks including midnight mocha, cocoa hazy, and cream swirl, featuring new digital menus, “warm from the oven” cookies and milk combos, and indoor and outdoor bistro-style seating. Sweets 4 Days can be found on Facebook and at their new location in Sparta on South Union Street on May 21 with the grand opening event.
The Bakery will fill a vacancy on South Union Street in what once was Varsity Barber Shop and sold recently. “Having a bakery downtown has been a priority for the downtown Sparta for the last ten years, and we are thrilled to have Sweets 4 Days move from the incubator space in Town Square to the permanent location on South Union Street,” mentioned Sparta DDA Director Elizabeth Morse “It’s a fabulous bakery to grab an after-dinner treat but I will warn you, some of the sweets are so gorgeous that they are almost too pretty to eat!” The Bakery recently hosted a one-year anniversary of the grand opening celebration from the day they opened the doors in the Town Square retail incubators, and since that day, their bakery has been met with overwhelming approval from the community. Shortly after the one-year celebration in March, the Bakery was approached with the opportunity to lease the space from the new owner, and will be yet again hosting a Re-Grand Opening Celebration on May 21 in the new space!
