Rides, games, elephant ears, what isn't there to love about the Spring Carnival? And it's coming to Sparta this weekend! Starting Friday, May 19, the Skerbeck Carnival will be in Sparta Town Square! You can ride all of your favorite rides, play all of the best games, and eat all of your favorite snacks, right here in Sparta!
Carnival Hours:
Fri: 3 pm-10 pm
Sat: 1 pm-11 pm
Sun: Noon- 6 pm
If you're anything like me, and you simply can't decide which rides you want to go on, then you'll want the unlimited ride armbands! You can buy them onsite, ($20 on Fri & Sun, or $25 on Sat.) or you can buy them online in advance and get the Saturday armband for $20! Otherwise, you can get tickets (4/$5). The Carnival is the perfect weekend to take advantage of Sparta's Social District! You can stop into a participating restaurant and grab a drink to go! Then you can stroll through Sparta Town Square, hang out by the carnival, and go window shopping with your drink!
Don't forget about Sparta's Parks! Spring weather is here, and it is beautiful! Go out and enjoy the sunshine in one of Sparta's Parks! Stroll along the paths, take your kiddos to the playground, and maybe even grab some ice cream from a nearby shop! There are so many ways to enjoy the beautiful weather this weekend!
