OK, can we just start with: you asked (and asked and asked ) for it, and we delivered!
A new, more modern carnival and midway will be arriving next week and open on THURSDAY, May 20 -- THAT'S RIGHT, we're so excited to launch the first fun of the summer we asked (aka begged) the Skerbeck Family Carnival to open a day early and they agreed!
The age range for this carnival is ages 3 through adult -- with bigger and newer rides than what has been in Sparta in recent years! including a fan favorite: a 100 ft Ferris Wheel!
Here is the updated schedule:
Armbands will be $20 per day per person for unlimited rides, and the games in the midway and food are additional costs. A couple of things: masks are required ON the rides, as social distancing isn't possible in many cases. It's not our rules, we are just trying to keep the fun going and not get shut down -- thank you for understanding! There are sanitizers and room for social distancing throughout the carnival grounds, too!
WIN those prizes: ok, you know what is fun, when you get a new co-worker! Or when you can use one of these prizes (stuffed teddy bears) to take your coworker's seat... Only funny for me? Mkay.... well, if you DO win a big Skerbeck Carnival Stuffed Animal and happen to stage it in a chair for a coworker.... send me a picture so we can laugh together then!
