It's important to recognize those people and remember what they did for the wonderful country that we call home today. If you're interested in honoring those who have served, then you'll want to join The Sparta Township Historical Commission for their event, Yesterday's Treasures: Sparta at its Best, on November 12 at 2 pm in the Civic Center!
There will be live entertainment, free popcorn, and films from the past! Connect with others in your community while honoring veterans from Sparta. All for only $5! (The event is free for veterans and children under 12) It will be an hour and a half well-spent! You don't want to miss it!
